However, Clear Choice Water Solutions does not recommend or suggest a particular water treatment system for a particular application because Clear Choice Water Solutions is not able to have all necessary information regarding a particular application. For example, Clear Choice Water Solutions does not know which contaminants are in the customer's water, nor does it have information on all variables surrounding their unique situation. Clear Choice Water Solutions is a passive reseller and is not subject to product liability. The manufacturer alone is liable for damages resulting from products that Clear Choice Water Solutions sells.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Clear Choice Water Solutions reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. If part or all of your order is cancelled by us for any reason, a complete refund will be issued for the portion of the order cancelled.
Other Conditions
The Terms and Conditions on this page will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Clear Choice Water Solutions signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your order as soon as it becomes available. Most orders ship the same or next business day depending on when your order is received. However, there may be times when a product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered which are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment.
Payments by Credit Card
We accept the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order or a rejection of your credit card by the credit card processing company for an address mismatch. The information passing through our system is securely encrypted by a Secure Site Certificate.
We also accept all payment methods offered through Paypal. Paypal is a secure payment method that is used by over 100 million users all over the world. You may set up a PayPal account while checking out of our shopping cart or directly through www.PayPal.com. Paypal gives you the option of setting up a secure user profile, which saves your personal information for future Paypal payments. Paypal also gives you the option of paying without a Paypal account.

Taxes
Clear Choice Water Solutions shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable 8.875% sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within North Carolina. For orders shipped to other states and countries, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes. Tax exempt organizations within North Carolina must email or fax their tax exempt certificate to us before shipment of their order.
Typographical or Image Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Clear Choice Water Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price. Clear Choice Water Solutions shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Clear Choice Water Solutions shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
At Clear Choice Water Solutions, we do our best to keep all images up to date. Of the products offered on this site, there may be 2 or 3 images at any given time that are out of date because the manufacturer has released an improved version before we have received the updated image. If an image is out of date, we will ship the updated product, which may not be identical to the image online.
